It’s important to know that in order to prevent malnutrition, this soup must be combined with plenty of water and kombucha, beneficial for the good bacteria in your digestive tract.
The original recipe
- 1 oz envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- a (16 oz.) can of diced tomatoes
- 1 bunch of celery
- 3 ibs of sliced carrots
- 1 large head of nicely chopped cabbage
- 6 large chopped green onions
- 2 ( 8 oz.) cans of green beans
- Salt and pepper
You can also add cayenne pepper, beef bouillon, chopped parsley, Tabasco sauce, curry powder.
Mix all ingredients in a cooking pot, cover them in water and add spices. Bring this to a boil in about 10 minute then reduce heat and simmer until vegetables become tender.
Organic diet cabbage soup
- 1 diced bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 bulb of sliced garlic
- 1 large shredded cabbage
- 1 Ib of chopped shiitake mushrooms
- 1 rinsed and sliced kombu seaweed
- 2 Ibs of crushed tomatoes
- 1 rinsed and sliced leek
- Lots of herbs
- Pepper and salt
Start by sautéing all the vegetables, except for tomato and cabbage, in some vegetable or coconut oil. Add the tomatoes and the cabbage, mix everything together then cover with water and cook. After you bring it to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer until the vegetables become tender. In the end add some fresh or dried herbs and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season according to your taste.
Day 1– Eat only the soup and fruits, such as watermelon and cantaloupe, but stay away from bananas. Drink lots of filtered water, cranberry juice, unsweetened tea or kombucha.
Day 2– Eat the soup and veggies, such as green, leafy vegetables, while avoiding corn, peas, and dry beans. Eat one big buttered potato for dinner. Don’t eat any fruits.
Day 3– Eat the soup along with fruits and vegetables of your choice. Don’t eat a potato for dinner. Your weight loss results should be anywhere between 5-7 Ibs.
Day 4– Eat the soup and as many bananas as you like. Also drink water abundantly. You will need potassium, calcium, proteins and carbohydrates to reduce your sugar cravings.
Day 5– You can take 6 organic tomatoes, 10-20 oz. of beef, lamb, chicken, fish, wheat gluten, beans and aduki. It’s important that the red meat you eat is high quality and free of antibiotics or hormones. Drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water is also important. Take at least one serving of the soup during the day.
Day 6– Combine lamb, beef, chicken, fish, beans, etc. with vegetables, preferably leafy greens. You can have 2-3 steaks a day. However, avoid baked potatoes and eat at least one serving of soup during the day.
Following this dietary regimen strictly will eliminate 10-17 pounds of your weight. If you’ve lost more than 15 pounds, you should take a break then start from day one. This dietary regimen can give different results in different people.
While on this diet, cut out bread, pasta and fried foods.
Eliminate alcohol consumption. After ending the diet, make a 24-hour break before consuming alcohol.
Cut out soda drinks, including diet drinks and stick to unsweetened tea, water, coffee, skimmed milk and natural juices.
This diet will not interfere with any medications you may be taking, but anyway consult your doctor before starting it.
